I love the USANA HealthPak. It is designed specifically for my athletic needs and always supports my intense training schedule. Taking the packets morning and night, it has allowed me to feel my healthiest, which then has me performing at my best, and of course this then makes my soul dance to new heights. Thank you USANA for helping me reach new dancing goals
Born in Kitchener/Waterloo Canada, T.J. began her ballet training at the local dance studio; Academy OfDance. At the age of 10, she was defining her studies in classical ballet, at The Royal Winnipeg BalletSchool and she graduated from The Kirov Academy of Ballet, in Washington D.C. These professional schools afforded her the opportunity to study under such renowned names as; Alla Sizova, Yelena Vinogradova, Frank Augustyn, Veronica Tennant, Arnold Spohr, Max Ratevosian and Evelyn Hart.
Performance through dance competition, in T.J.’s teen years, cemented the passion to further pursue a professional career. She has received many scholarships and awards for her articulate technique and artistic expression. T.J. joined Ballet Jorgen Canada at the age of 17, as a corps de ballet member. In 2011, she joined Koba Entertainment as a soloist dancer and in 2015 she joined the world’s largest water show, TheHouse of Dancing Water as a dancer and leading female character backup.
T.J. has toured across North America performing diverse roles. Her most memorable touring moment, was having the chance to dance her heart out on Broadway, at The Best Buy Theatre, in New York City. She has had the opportunity to broaden her horizons by not only performing in theatres, but appearing on film and tv as well. She had great pleasure working on the film set of American Girl 2014, in the role of a ballet dancer and the part of a Baroque/Court dancer, in the hit TV show, Reign (CW Network, Netflix). She has also been a “magic assistant’ in Britian’s Got Talent Finalist, The Darcy Oake’s Show.
T.J. joined The House of Dancing Water, as one of 7 dancers and she performs 10 shows a week to an audience of 2000 people. Executing how to dance in water as well as learning to fall from a 8 meter high trapeze and hang from a T-pole above the audience. T.J. is grateful for the chance to play the leading female character role of; The Princess. This character role’s entrances and exits to the stage are all underwater, which has allowed her to receive her scuba diving qualifications.
T.J.’s life changed for the better, when she partnered with Usana in 2019 and she feels the strongest she has ever felt. USANA has opened new doors of health benefits in each performance, training and daily athletic routines. The products add to her healthy life style and intense performance schedule.
