As a professional swimmer training to qualify for my second Olympic Games, I’m very particular about what I put into my body. I trust USANA’s NSF certified products to help keep me healthy and ready to compete at my best. I also highly recommend the entire Celavive skincare line. The chlorine can be brutal for a swimmer’s skin and hair, but the Celavive shampoo & conditioner, as well as the protective day lotion, keep me smelling fresh and clean.

Kelsi (Worrell) Dahlia is an Olympic Gold Medalist and world record holder. Born in Westampton, New Jersey on July 15, 1994, Kelsi is the oldest of six children. At the age of seven, she began her swimming career with the Tarnsfield Swim Club in her hometown. When Kelsi first started swimming, she didn’t like it. Her hard work paid off, and in 2012, Kelsi was recruited and received a scholarship to the University of Louisville where she would go on to win several championships, break two world records, and prepare for the Olympics – all while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Kelsi competed at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she won an Olympic Gold medal.
